What you will be doing:

• Designing and implementing highly secure, fault tolerant APIs
• Creating our next generation developer framework and workflows, allowing both merchants and third-parties to integrate as seamlessly as possible
• Working in close collaboration with infrastructure and frontend teams
• Playing a pivotal role in establishing, defining, scoping and scaling the engineering / team roadmap and priorities
• Developing high quality code, including participating in testing and maintenance of that code
• Applying pragmatic engineering approaches to deliver value to customers
• Optimized database queries for high traffic applications
• Collaborating across a variety of partnerships internally - e.g. Product Management, Design, Architecture, Operations, QA, UX and other Engineers - to help estimate work, design scalable and performance solutions that will delight our customers, and produce high quality production-grade software
• Taking ownership of key technology decisions, building for scale and optimizing for output
• Conducting code reviews and continuously look at ways of improving our ways of working
• Creating detailed internal documentation for the projects you work on.

What you should have:

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years solid experience as Backend Developer
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems and ability to demonstrate real-world interactions in the role of a backend engineer
• Experience partnering - or leading - through architectural design translation to development
• Work experience in building and designing SaaS software for deployment to the Cloud
• Knowledge of OO principles, Design Patterns, functional programming and clean code principles
• Experience with Agile process (Scrum) in developing and delivering software
• Experience mentoring other engineers and being the lead engineer of projects in your career
• Experience contributing to system design/architecture improvements
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Highly motivated self-starter who values autonomy and getting things done
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment

What you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Full Stack Web Developer

• Experienced in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity

• Write clean codes with clear documentation, along with advanced design patterns

• Manage and respond to high volume of incoming sales enquiries received by e-mail, live chat, WhatsApp, and other primary channels with high quality of services and performance standards
• Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
• Accurately record all interactions with leads in the CRM system
• Build a solid pipeline from MQL to SQL by identifying clients through calls and personal approaches
• Clearly communicate product information to customers across various mediums in a manner that engages, educates, and influences them to take action

• Formulating high quality is written and visual content for different social media and sharing this on a regular basis
